Having bought a Samsung E250 over a week ago, I am still waiting to get the £10 credit, which I had to purchase as a condition of the purchase, applied to the number. I have called Customer Services twice but the assistance provided has been less than helpful. In particular, an advisor suggested that I call Orange (the mobile provider) to register the SIM card. This was a complete fob off because the Orange number is for topping up credit!!!!!!!!!!!
If your customer care is genuine, would someone please contact me to get this resolved quickly?
