The best iPhone 5 prices are now available from e2save.com
After months of speculation, could Apple’s best kept secret finally have leaked? Handset images for the Apple iPhone 5 design are now widely available thanks to iLab Factory, a Japanese repair shop for Apple related products. By joining up the spare parts much like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, the new Apple iPhone design for 2012 could very well be pictured below.
The leaked images, pose the new iPhone as a similar design to the Apple iPhone 4S. With a flat back and curved corners, the shape is very similar to the previous two editions of the Apple iPhone range. The iPhone 5 appears to maintain its minimalistic look and clean feel. With a metal panel across the centre of the device, the iPhone 5 has a black trim around the back of the handset.
iPhone 5 design matches hardware rumours
In line with our latest iPhone 5 rumours blog, the leaked handset images show evidence of an elongated Apple iPhone display. This could tie in with the rumours that the new iPhone 5 will change the screen ratio to 16:9 widescreen to accommodate the growing need for streaming video and movie content.
Around the base of the handset, the new iPhone 5 design shows off a smaller dock connector port to make way for the 3.5mm audio jack and speakers at the base of the new iPhone.
With an anticipated iPhone 5 release date between September and October, Apple fans are eager to get their hands on the smartphone for 2012. With iOS 6 ready to launch in the Autumn, there are many great features lined up for the iPhone 5. Further rumours include that that the Apple hardware will consist of an A6 quad core graphics processor for multitasking, and a Near Field Communications chip for processing mobile payments.
Is the iPhone 5 leak reliable?
The main question is just how official this latest design is? In the build up to the Galaxy S3 release, Samsung manufacturers deployed up to 3 different “official” designs around the company. Not only did this keep bloggers off the scent trail of the real S3, it helped to maintain Samsung’s top secret design until the days before launch.
Do the new iPhone 5 leaked images show a better design than the Samsung Galaxy S3? Who do you think will reign victorious in the Apple vs Samsung – Phones for 2012 battle?
