What is an upgrade?
When your mobile phone contract finishes you can choose to buy a new one or you can choose to upgrade your phone and tariff.
The difference with an upgrade is that you are guaranteed to keep your number, keep your network and get a brand new tariff to suit you. You can also still get a huge array of gifts (eg PS3 Slim or Xbox 360) and other incentives to go with your brand new phone.
I brought my previous contract with a different provider, can I upgrade with you?
Yes of course, everyone is welcome, regardless of your current network or previous provider.
How do I know if I'm eligible to upgrade?
Depending on which network you're with, you can apply for an upgrade at different times from the end of your contract.
Orange - within 45 days of the end of your contract.
O2 - within 30 days of the end of your contract.
Vodafone - within 30 days of the end of your contract.
T-mobile - when you have less than a month left of your contract.
Can I upgrade even if I'm on pay as you go?
If you're on pay as you go then you can simply buy a brand new contract deal from us on any network.
