Important notice: Please be aware that due to technical issues, cut off for next day delivery on all orders will be 4pm today (14th May 2012). Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

How it works...

Making sure your order gets to you as soon as possible is really important to us
and so we want to explain how we're going to do this below:

Here's just some of the things we do regularly:

• You will receive your new product the next day if you place your order before 6pm, Monday to Thursday.
• If you place your order after 6pm on Thursday, anytime on Friday, or before 12pm Saturday you will receive your product on Monday. If you placed your order after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday you will receive your product on Tuesday.  Where these days fall as a bank holiday, delivery will be the next working day.
• All of our deliveries are made by Yodel, who deliver between 7.30am and 6pm. You'll need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you've purchased a contract phone, this will be taken as your acceptance of the start of the contract. If you are not at home to sign for your order Yodel will post you a card containing the drivers contact details so you can arrange a more convenient time for them to try again. Yodel will call twice, and if after this they do not hear from you they will return your product to us.

There are some exceptions to this:

• If you live in Northern Scotland/UK offshore locations, where delivery may take up to five days or;
• If you do not meet our network acceptance and security clearance criteria or;
• If we need further information to complete your order. 
• If the item is out of stock. 

SIM Only Delivery

If you have ordered any of our SIM Only contract or SIM Only Pay As You Go SIM cards, your SIM will be delivered by 2nd Class Royal Mail. The reason we do this is to make it a lot more convenient for you, as you don't need to worry about making sure that someone is at home just to receive delivery of a SIM card, it will just be posted through your letter box without having to sign for the parcel.

We will let you know via email if there is likely to be any delay and will keep in regular contact regarding your order.  Please make sure that you provide us with your correct email address and mobile phone number so that we can get in touch easily if we need to.
