- Has the basic features required. Easy to use. Useful camera. Easy to send email, and keep up-to-date. Nice size. Wifi easy to use.

- Internal memory - 150 Mb, and 'internal' programs difficult to move onto SD. It is however possible to install new programs (or 'apps') onto the SD card instead of onto the phone. Short battery life, as is usual for smartphones.

- The phone is faulty. Kept on freezing when phoning. Would not recognise SD memory card.
