As person who grew up without all the modern technologies of today, I found this phone very easy to use. I used to use a phone just for calling and didn't even know how to text. However as most people my age will notice having to use the internet, sending emails and phone apps are becoming a necessary in life. I was a bit nervous getting any kind of smart phone as thought that I wouldn't be able to use it. However once I started to use it I am now very confident with the phone and its features. This phone is very easy to use, it is the right size for both my pocket and hand and it is great value for money as you seem to get a lot of phone for such a low cost. Highly Recommended!

Everything you need to know Why buy a Samsung Galaxy A3 Black

Samsung Galaxy A3 Black Description

Grab a pair of sunglasses and prepare to be dazzled by the Samsung Galaxy A3. Not only does it offer 4G connection, an impressive processor and two cracking cameras, but it all comes packaged in a metallic body that makes this handsome handset one of Samsung’s most attractive offerings.

You might as well rename this handset Derek Zoolander, due to the fact that it’s really, really good-looking. It’s not just a pretty face, however; under the hood there’s a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 processor to ensure all your 4G browsing, gaming and multi-tasking runs super smoothly.

Heading off on your travels? Then be sure to snap all your memories with the 8 megapixel camera on the rear of the device. If your beaming face is prettier than any scenery, then make use of the 5 megapixel front-facing camera to grace social media with a stunning selfie.

Whether you’re a photographer, gamer, movie buff, or all three - content will look flawless on the 4.5 inch super AMOLED display. With an SD slot included, expand the Samsung Galaxy A3’s memory up to 64 GB to ensure your media collection goes everywhere you do.

With a great range of specs on board, this desirable device is as functional as it is attractive. So power up the Zoolander, um, we mean the Samsung Galaxy A3, and enjoy a premium feel without the premium pricetag.

I'd had my new Samsung mobile phone for a little over a fortnight when it was broken beyond economic repair. My phone was in my bag, which slipped off my shoulder. When I picked my bag up I was shocked to discover the screen had shattered in three places. The only other thing in my bag was a thin plastic lunch box, and my bag landed on grass. The screen had shattered to the extent that the phone was completely unusable. I was annoyed to say the least that such a small impact had damaged my new phone so badly. I took it to the Samsung shop at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, and told them I wanted to make a warranty claim. The employee would not even let me finish my sentence before telling me (more than once) that the damage my phone had suffered would not be covered by the warranty, and that to have it repaired would cost be £140. It is not surprisingly that my phone should be terminally damaged by such a small impact because it is so thin. and flimsy looking. I would suggest this is a design flaw which Samsung have no incentive to remedy given their attitude to consumer warranties. The employee I spoke to seemed to be used to seeing damage like this to Samsung products. I have decided not to have Samsung repair my phone, because I can buy a replacement phone from another manufacturer which will hopefully be less fragile than a Samsung phone. I would also be deeply unhappy giving Samsung £140 of my money to try to repair a fault which is inherent in their design, with of course no guarantee that my phone would not break again in the future. In summary I feel angry and disappointed by Samsung and the quality of its products. A mobile phone should be sufficiently robust to be able to survive small impacts like this, but sadly Samsung do not seem to agree.
