Here are the benefits of your pay as you go tariff
Receive free texts and unlimited web browsing on O2 PAYG when you top-up £10 monthly. Top-Up £10-£14 for 300 texts, £15-£29 for 500 texts and £30+ for unlimited texts. Plus free unlimited web browsing on any top-up over £10. And you still get to use your full top-up amount for calls!
Top-up information
Your airtime credit will be applied to your account automatically within 3 working days of purchase. Please allow the full period described above for your airtime credit to be applied to your account. If the appropriate period has passed and you have not received the credit, please contact our Customer Services. Please note should you decide to return this product the airtime credit is non-refundable. If you wish to port your number please wait until you have received this top-up, as this will be credited to the original Pay As You Go Number.

When joining O2 you'll be sent a text which will include your anniversary date. This is the date each month by which you must have topped up at least £10 in order to receive you free text and web allowance. On your anniversary date O2 will then text you your allowance of free text and web for the next month. Free texts and browsing apply to UK only. Data usage is capped at 500MB.
