Please allow the full period described above for your airtime credit to be applied to your account. If the appropriate period has passed and you have not received the credit, please contact our Customer Services. Please note should you decide to return this product the airtime credit is non-refundable. If you wish to port your number please wait until you have received this top-up, as this will be credited to the original Pay As You Go Number.
