Bolt-ons, do you need one?

If you want to access the Internet on your phone, you'll need a monthly data bundle if a data allowance is not already included in your tariff. 

You may also want to add additional monthly bundles if you want to send picture messages, get extra texts and minutes or use your phone abroad.

You can select these in the shopping basket.

All our prices include VAT at the current rate.

Your inclusive minutes, texts and data are valid for UK only and also may not apply for premium numbers. If you are using your mobile abroad different charges will apply to the above. Please call your network provider to find out more.

Until you receive your first bill, you'll only receive pro rata inclusive minutes, text and data based on the date you were connected.  Please call your network provider to find out more.

From 1st July 2015 the cost of calling a service number (numbers beginning with 08, 09 & 118) will be split into two parts:

  1. The 'Access charge': This is what your telephone provider charges per minute for connecting the call. You can view this on your telephone bill.
  2. The 'Service charge': This is the rest of the call charge, set by the organisation you are calling.

Also from 1st July, calls to 'Freephone' numbers (numbers beginning with 0800 or 0808) will be free from mobile phones and landlines. No matter how you call these numbers, they'll always be free.
