"My experience of lg kp500 (cookie) initially was not a good one. The home page would not display properly, i had the settings sent to my phone from orange but it would'nt install so we tried doing it manually that did'nt work either so the problem was passed on to the techy team ond they could'nt solve it. It was only by chance that i solved the problem by going into message settings and allowing service messages, and asking for the settings to be sent again. Now my phone is working properly i am over the moon with it and and my friends and i all agree it's really easy to use and a great bargain and well worth the hassle i went through in the first week of ownership hence the loss of a star otherwise it would have been 5* alround. The two page browser is useful, the games are great and you can doodle away on the sketch pad to your heats content. "
