Phones with Free Gifts or Experiences from AV Promotions.
When will I get my gift or experience?
Your free gift or documentation detailing your experience will be sent to you up to 28 days after purchase from AV Promotions.
Please allow this period of time before calling into the customer service team to query this if you have not received your gift or experience information.
Please note: gifts from AV Promotions can only be sent to your billing address.
What if I decide to cancel the order?
If you change your mind then we'll be happy to cancel your agreement and gift and to provide a refund for the amount paid for the product, provided:
- You haven't used the phone or SIM card to make or receive a call, send or receive text messages, upload data via the web or take photos. You can however, turn the phone on to check reception and browse menus.
- You notify us of your intent to cancel within seven working days starting the day after delivery. If your airtime provider has taken a deposit and the airtime contract is cancelled, you'll need to request a refund of your deposit from them directly.
- If your order is cancelled and your free gift or experience is in the process of being sent out to you, you must either refuse delivery or send the gift/experience back to us.
What if my free gift is faulty?
If your free gift is faulty we'll be happy to either exchange it for an identical product within 28 days from purchase. Where an identical product is not available; we may provide you with a product of similar value.
This policy does not apply where the product has developed a fault as a result of your negligence or damage.
Please call our customer service team on 0871 522 3400 who will arrange a collection via courier and also advise you when a replacement product will be sent out. (Calls cost 10 pence per minute plus networks charges).
Please ensure your faulty product is repackaged ready for collection with the below address on the outside of the package:

If your free gift is faulty outside 28 days then please contact customer services who will be happy to discuss how you can get a free repair.
