Uploading photos from an iPhone to Google+

We all know that people love to share and upload photos onto social networking sites, so we are showing you how to transfer and upload photos from an iPhone to Google+. This is Google’s very own social networking platform. It contains various features such as Circles of friends that you can create to share things like photos and conversations with, and virtual Hangouts plus lots more. Circles is a function that allows you to click and drag your friends into various Circles and then they’ll only get the information relevant to them. Hangouts allows you to choose friends to video chat with.

For Android phones, when you take a photo it’s automatically uploaded to Google+. For iPhone users, there is a slightly different process. This is a simple task to do and is suited to beginners as well as the more advanced user. Just follow these easy steps to upload and send your photos from an iPhone to Google+.

• Firstly sign in with your Google credentials and you will see a list of your photo albums.

• Then tap on the Settings icon, find Location Services and scroll down to find Piconhand.

• Create a new album and give it a name, or even a Circle name of the people you would like to give access to the album. This is great because you can control who gets to see your photos in Google+.

• Then select Upload, pick a Picasa album and tap on Start. You can then choose photos from your library or take new ones. Within Preferences, you can edit your photos and get as creative as you like.

You will be able to see a progress bar whilst the photos are uploading. Once they have been uploaded successfully you can go into Google+ and adjust the visibility of the album where you uploaded your photos. There’s plenty more you can do, such as assigning folders to the Circles you give permission to see the photos. This lets you organise your photos and gives you the option to play around with the different features.

Go for it and check out all the wonderful things you can do with your photos on your phone through Google+. If you discover any other cool and different things to do with your photos on your phone and let’s take mobile photo sharing to the next level!
