I chose the seller based on the misleading information on the web site that made me believe the ear pods were included. Instead I got the standard ear phones and disregarded another seller who was offering the exact item cheaper. Complained but no joy. Not recommending and not coming back. For household that has 4 phones and all decisions made by me... your loss

As always it's a iPhone with the same layout on screen , just faster , build quality ok, I can understand why iPhone 6 user don't upgrade as it's not worth the extra cost , it eats battery life and struggles with poor signals ,, not really worth the upgrade , to be honest , I upgraded from 5s apart from size difference , nothing spectacular,,

The iPhone 7 seems to have addressed a lot of the issues with the 6. The battery life is much improved, the processor is much faster and the water resistance is a welcome feature. Time will tell how the new headphone arrangements works out, but I haven't found it a problem so far.

Pretty great compared to what I had previously (Iphone 6) and the deal was excellent. It is a refurb so I think there are a few issues regarding the phone - home button plays up now and again, digitizer can be odd and flickers considering this is a splash proof phone.

I love, love, love my iPhone 7, it truly is an amazing phone. I've been hooked on the iPhone ever since I had the iPhone 5s. There are too many reasons to write as to how brilliant the latest edition is. I highly recommend the iPhone 7 series ❤️

Only had a few days and all it has been saying is no service I’ve tried everything and no luck what so ever I don’t understand why I’m not getting my network service but because I have no service I can’t call or text not happy

Absolutely nightmare with phone . Broke after 3 weeks would load up . Because the home button had a little crack in it . I was told that they can’t fix it. I back on my old phone with the new iPhone 7 just sat on the shelf.
