FAQs

Can I still have my phone delivered?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water. Our delivery service DPD now offer a Contact free delivery as standard process and customers will not be asked to sign our handheld units.

Should I be concerned about touching a parcel I have received or collected?

No, PHE has advised that people receiving parcel are not at risk of contracting the virus.

What if I am self isolating or do not wish to contact the deliver driver?

Our delivery service DPD now offer a Contact free delivery as standard process and customers will not be asked to sign our handheld units. Please see DPD website for the latest website https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/products_services/covid-19-bulletins.jsp

How do I return or exchange my order during the virus?

We continue to operate normal service unless you are self isolating. If unused you have 14 days to return or exchange.
