My handset has developed a fault. What is my warranty period?
All handsets taken out through us are covered by a 12 month warranty. This doesn’t cover accidental damage. Here’s what to do
- If your handset develops a fault inside the first month, contact our customer services team to arrange an exchange.
- If you notice a fault outside the first month, take your handset to your local Currys store where the staff will carry out a free fix.
- If your handset develops a fault outside of 12 months, please contact the manufacturer directly.
*We no longer fix Huawei smartphones
What’s the warranty on my device?
Some manufacturers will offer a basic handset warranty against faults for the two years of your contract.
